I cant walk without having a sharp lower back pain?

I'm 16 years old and for 3 days I've tried to walk but I can't because I have a sharp lower back pain and it makes me cry because I'm in so much pain. I have scoliosis but its mild so I don't think it has to do with that, but I need to know what I can do and do to take this pain away. I don't remember doing anything to my back to make it hurt like this and so I don't know the reason for this pain, but id like some suggestions on how to relieve the pain
