I cant view my php pages ?

I made a php web page and i cant view it on my site?
it is giving a 403 error ?

and if i try and download the page it says i cant..?

how do i make a site with php pages that works ?

Please access your php page directly like <your_domain_name>/phppage.php or make that page as index page.
