i can't view my images on Windows Live Gallery !?

whenever i try to view my images on Windows Live Gallery
a message Appears that says:
" An Error is preventing the photo or video from being displayed "
what!
:(
i really want to use it ..
so i begg u to help me and give me idea .. how do i solve this problem?
