I cant upload videos on my Sharper Image mp4 player?

I got my daughter an MP4 player and she can only upload MP3 formats of music, not Mp4 formatted videos. It always says something about "HTTP NOT FOUND 404/1.1"on Vue Video. Does this mean anything?
