I cant update my nokia 5800 firmware... :(?

I tried to update my nokia 5800 with the phone but it says no updates found or something like that but on the nokia website it says I can. I tried nokia pc suite but an error pops up and finally I tried with nokia ovi suite but there also is an error.... Is there any other way to update my phone or to fix this??
