turn your computer off and then turn it back on. if that doesn't help, using a different browser (like Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.) and if that doesn't help, try updating your browser...if that doesn't help, try updating your browser to an earlier version...if that doesn't help, restore your computer to an earlier time...and if that doesn't help, just give up because there is probably nothing you can do but wait for the site to fix itself...many times, it is not your fault or the fault of your computer, but the site itself...and everyone's computer reads these things different ways, b/c of everything they've crammed on them.
