I can't think of the name of an actress that played in a TV Drama similar to CSI.?

I can't think of the name of an actress that played in a TV Drama similar to CSI. Where this woman was possibly a Medical Examiner?!?! She had long curly brown hair and I think her name was either Julianne or Amy something?!?! Does anyone know the show and actresses' name? I thought it was Cold Case at first...but no...it's not. I looked up Criminal Minds CSI:, CSI: Miami, CSI: NY and Without a Trace all to no avail.
