Ok so I have been talking to this guy for a while now and I really like him but every time we are on Im he flirts with me and is all like we need to get to gather and talk because i have something really important to tell you and I'm like ok how dose tomorrow sound and then he says fine so I call him the next day and he is like hey raven and I'm like hey chris and then he is like I can't make it sorry then I go why and he says we have boy stuff today and then I say oh ok well have fun and then he goes ok sounds good and then says bye but On Im or txt he acts like he wants t go out so I want to know what you thin k his deal is
 
he is probly nervous to ask you out. if he acts different when he hears your voice but acts flirtatous on aim then hes nervous. he probly likes you

Sounds to me like he may not be telling you the truth about how he feels about or he is just nervous to be around you if he likes you that much. id just tell him hey everytime we make plans you never come threw with them what gives? and when he asks you to hang out from now on just say sorry i got plans or do what he does to you.
