I have quite a chubby stomach but I consider the rest of my body to be fine.
For some reason though I just keep eating REALLY unhealthy food.. heres my list of everything I have eaten today:
-Quarter of a round chocolate Cheesecake
-1 Steak Pie
-1 Large Cream Cheese Scone
-1 Starburst Banana Lolly
-1 Large Size Latte Coffee
-1/2 A Packet of Chilli Noodles
-1 Apple
-3 Ice Cream Cones (The Cone by itself)
Im not overwhelmingly large (170cm tall, 63 Kg, Female) but I know if I keep eating like this I will grow very overweight and unhealthy... I want to stop but I never am able to tell myself "NO" when it comes to Unhealthy foods..
I exercise by walking a lot but doesnt really seem to help.
What is your advice?
