I can't stand sex anymore!!!!!?

I don't know what to do, I can't even pretend to enjoy it. I have noticed that it has been mostly since my daughter was born. For some reason I feel almost dirty and wrong. My fiance likes me to talk dirty to him but when he asks me, it just really pisses me off. I am pregnant now and I am sure that has something to do with it as well. I just don't know what to do and how not feel this way.
