Actually "Its" not. "It is" or even "It's" is ok but "Its" is not ok. Ok?

Although it's already been mentioned I think melatonin is worth repeating. Since it's a naturally occuring hormone you don't have to worry about any side effects like being sleepy in the morning. Taking it just jumpstarts your pineal gland to start producing it and when you wake up it stops just the way it should every morning. Hope it helps!
 
Dont worry mate. I have had trouble sleeping my whole life! I'd go to bed around 9 or 10 to get up early for work, and I'd probably doze off around 12 midnight. I just live with it, guess you can say im used to it or something.
 
Something we often overlook...

How old is the bed you have?

My wife and I just got a Select Comfort about 4 months ago. My sleep has improved DRAMATICALLY. Sometimes a worn out mattress can totally screw up your sleeping habits.
