So long story cut Short i recently started having sex with my boyfriend of a Very long time. now i cant sleep but i take like 2 or 3 20 minuets naps im awake again. any ideals on what to do.
i haent slep in like 4 days and last night was the first i nape at all Yes im a guy

stop with the naps, they don't help, you're making them into your regular sleeping patterns.

your best bet would be to go a whole day without sleep and then collapse on 9pm sharp
