I can't sign into playstation network on my PS3. Help?

My PS3 is working fine is all other aspects, i can get online etc, but it won't let me sign into the playstation network.

Its only just happened this morning, all help appreciated.
and when i CAN sign in , it kicks me back out shortly afterwards...
