My service provider is T-Mobile, and I have a phone that slides up. It has a full keyboard, and it's black with red detail. I searched everywhere for the name of it, but I have no idea what it is. I've read the books and everything that came with it, but I just can't seem to figure out what is wrong with it. I went to the T-Mobile store, and they said that everything should be working properly.. but it still isn't. Every time I attempt to send text message, it says "Network Settings Unavailable". I did the troubleshooting thing, and it did a self-scan. But said that everything was working fine. Does anybody have any other suggestions? :/ It isn't a new number. Just, a new phone...
I can't send text messages? T-mobile? Please help!!?
