I just got a new phone, and i got a family plan. But out of all the other three phones, mine is the main one.
Meaning that I get all the updates and stuff. I have the unlimited texting too so why cant I send any messages?
The employee did say something about calling the customer service or something though so that I could check to see that my plan is exaclty what I bought.
I checked my mom's phone, she has the same one but its purple, and she can send messages.
is there some setting or something?
