I cant seem to...rims and tires?

i dont know how to read the tires and rims that are on my truck can anyone tell me size and everything about them by (p225 75r 15 102s ms+) that came off of the tire any help on the size and what kind of tires to search for that would fit. i think theyre 15" i found 16" on the internet i want how would i go getting the tires for them
