I cant see out of my eyes right, there is a weird spot in my vision where i cant see

text right? This is almost impossible to discribe but occasionally there is a spot in my vision where it is impossible to read text right, this happens like once every 3 months, and goes away after an hour. I put on my glasses and it wouldnt go away, I closed one eye at a time and it appears to come from the right side of both eyes, this is kind of like loosing my periferal vision on the right, kind of like my right eye is useless. When I close my eyes i can still see it my eye lids. The spot is kind of sparkly, and its really wierd can you help me?
