I always feel like my heart is going to give out when starting exercise. My body never gets the exercise it needs because of my heart. I am not in the best shape when it comes to my body but I've had this problem since 1st grade. I'm a freshman now in high school and it's embarrassing to not be able to run.
I get about 8 hours of sleep EVERY night. I don't eat a full breakfast in the morning, just a small meal and a drink. I eat 3 meals a day, and I don't overeat on junk food. I try to stay away from sodas and all those unhealthy drinks. I drink alot of juice and milk. I try to stay away from sweets, as they can make me more tired.
None of these seem to help. I also have been loosing my voice since last December, and about a month ago I started getting a really bad sore throat. The past week, I have been told my cough sounds weird, like I'm dying or something?! In gym class this week, I have been wheezing instead of my normal breathing. I find it hard to cool down after exercise because I can't breathe in as much air as I'd like.
What could this be?? Can anyone help me solve this 9-year mystery?? Thanks..
