I CANT REMEMBER THIS SHOW?

what was that show on disney channel i think, and it was about a cubby house made of boxes and different little kids used to come and star on the show every week. there were two hosts and sometimes they would visit a farm.
at the end of the show they sang a song with a drum or something
I NEED TO KNOW THE NAME OF THIS SHOW
