The man living there holds her hostage I think, she gets pregnant (or might already be) and he forces her to have the baby in the house. At the end she escapes or something and she uses a fake baby to trick him. Very hazy memory but I really want to see this movie! I saw it in the 90's on tv. Thank you for any suggestions!
