I can't remember a name of a teen book about superheroes?

This book was about Superheroes. About 10 years ago there was a war between superheroes and villians and all the superheros disappeared. Years later,two brothers discover that they are superheros. Then they go and try to find the rest of them, but they don't know who to trust. The book was all orange and I think the first word was of the 2 word title was Prophecy. It was written in 2006 by someone names Michael C(I can't remember the last name) Thanks!
