i cant register my car.. help?

me and my husband finaced a car but at the time we bought it his licensed was suspended, the dealership said it was ok. so we got the car in both of us name.. now a year later is time register the car but the tag place wont do it because of his license.. we call wells fargo to get his name of, they wont do it.. how can we solve this??
 
i don't see why DMV is being stupid about the registration. Both ur name and his are being used to finance this car so u should be able to get up to date registration by yourself, just leave ur husband at home. My husband and I bought a car while his license was suspended and i have never had a problem, maybe try a different DMV where they know what they are doing.
