I cant recieve picture messages on my motorola v3a razr from Cricket Help?

Im having a problem,when somebody texts me some kinda picture it shows a link and it says the message id number,and when i go to the site,they want a mdn and message id and first of all,what is it and second when i do it it doesnt work,my phones got the camera bluetooth stuff on it but why cant i recieve picture messages? and whats a MDN? and where is it at
