I can't put my BLUETOOTH on for Smart Buddy?

I have Smart Buddy and I can't put my Bluetooth on!
i went on settings and saw bluetooth I clicked it and clicked turn on then I noticed it took a long time I tried doing it again until I wake up,but it was still loading!
So I am asking how the others who had Smart Buddy did it
