I can't put an album I purchased from my iPhone to my iPod, can someone help?

This is kind of a sticky situation and I don't know if it can be solved but here goes....I have iTunes set up on my home computer and my work computer. When I got my iPod, I put all the songs I had downloaded on my home computer on it, and then I put all my cds on my computer at work to put onto my iPod. I purchased an iPhone sometime later and had it synced to my computer at work. My home computer crashed as well as the songs I had downloaded with it. So, now the only iTunes I have with music on it is my work computer, which only has my cds on it. I purchased an album off of iTunes on my iPhone. It is an LP, meaning the songs are not listed seperate in my iTunes library, it is the entire album (if that matters). Then, my iPhone broke and I had to get a new one. However, the LP I purchased is still in my iTunes library. My problem now is trying to put the album I purchased on my original iPhone onto my new one, and/or putting it onto my iPod. As far as the iPhone goes, I tried to sync just the inparticular artist and I only got the 2 albums I have on disc and not the one I purchased on my original phone. As far as the iPod, the only option I have been given is to sync it with iTunes, but if I do that, it will erase all the songs I currently have on my iPod that were lost when my computer crashed. Another detail I should add is that when transferring songs from my iTunes at work (which contained songs from my cds) all i have to do is drag and drop them onto my iPod, which I cannot do with this LP that I purchased. Now that you have read my novel, there should be no reason that you can't help me!! Any suggestions???
