i can't post a photo to my friend's facebook wall - macbook pro.?

i have a macbook pro. facebook lately has been being really annoying. it won't let me change my profile picture OR post a picture to anyone's wall because it just keeps loading and loading and loading and loading and never stops.

any help?!
