My back has hurt for years now. I find that after laying flat it or on my stomach it hurts w/in minutes. I had an x-ray done last year and nothing showed up. I talked my husband into getting us a select comfort bed and have tried every setting and that still does not make it feel any better. I can only sleep on my side w/ a pillow between my legs and a pillow up against my back and I find if I sleep over 6 hrs a night I toss and turn every morning w/ this darn achey back. Once I get up and get moving around it feels alittle better but through out the day starts aching again. I have been working on my posture and starting taking calcium chews cause I am 44 yrs. old and was told by my dr. I need the extra calcium. Would any one know if stretching excercises help this problem. I can't work out too much cause I get awful headaches when my cadio gets going that lead into migraines. Any suggestions??
??
