I found out that I had sex with a 17 year old. I feel like a pedophile, like chris hansen is going to pop out of nowhere here. I mean I didn't know how old she was, hell i didnt even know her name. I just wanted to do the damn thing, Im 21 thats a 4 year difference, therefore illegal. should I just forget about it and act like it didn't happen?
 
only if she decides to tell about it and someone else decides to take it to the police.
but i think it's supposedly allowed since the age difference max is 5years for a relationship with a minor. and since she consented to it and above 16 years old, it makes it legal. (but you know if she knows your name and if she's a b**** she might try to get you busted).
so you could act like it didn't happen but if you were asked about it by police you would have to admit (or things might get worse) and tell your whole side of the story. even have a friend/"witness" back you up. if she came onto you, then it's her fault. and since she didn't even tell you her name or age that is another strike against HER. so i think you should be okay to that part at least.
im sorry you got into this situation. people like her should at least tell you their name and age you'd think huh
