I can't get the drivers side rear wheel off my 2000 Honda Accord?

My 2000 Honda Accord Ex 4 door, front wheel drive, 4 cylinder is making a terrible knocking noise when I put on my brakes. It sounds worse on the drivers side. Got the rear wheel off the passenger side and the pads are in terrible shape. So will be replacing those. But I can't get the driver's side wheel off for some reason...any suggestions on how to get it off, and if the pads/roders are to blame for the noise. The car did sit for 6 months because of another issue we had with it and were waiting to get it fixed......(FYI)
We got the lug nuts off, but the wheel won't come off.

Okay, well get some penetrating spray. And go to autozone and get one of those cross type looking lug nut removers. I had the same problem with my van, and using this i was able to remove the tire.

LIKE I SAID JUST GET SOME PENETRATING SPRAY! SPRAY ALL THE THREADS. AND TRY TO WIGGLE IT OFF!
