I can't get rid of a picture on my Motorola Droid.?

I have a Motorola Droid 2.1 I've tried the soft reset, it goes to one of my pictures that I do not want as a Default. My phone will not let me do a hard reset either, when I do I do not see a yellow triangle which i'm supposed to see when i'm doing a hard reset. I've tried 5 times. I even have my memory card out and it's still there!! I can't find it. Please help!!!
