Monday - Tricep and Chest
I work my triceps off the wall and they puff up well. I bench on my chest and what not.
Tuesdays - Biceps Shoulders Back
I Use free weights and what not. I get a really good work out
Thursady - Same as monday
Friday - same as tuesday.
I'm 18 and i eat pretty good. Not as much as i should. I have no idea what the heck to eat to make me super big. I take whey gold standard protien. I just dont know. I hit my platoeu i guess..
im 18 and i weigh 139 - 140.
What do i do? My Marine brother says no Cretine, im lost..
