I can't find my delete browsing history bar. Where is it?

I used to click on tools, delete browsing history, but now it says tools, and reopen last browsing session. What's going on? How do I delete my browsing history?
 
Well I use Internet Explorer. If you have Internet Explorer then I'll tell you what to do.

1# Go to tools on the top right corner.

2# Then go to internet options.

3# Then click delete on the browsing history section.
