I can't find Joana in Fallout New Vegas?

I tried looking every where for her and she doesn't show and I have a ps3 so I can't type in glitch codes is there a way to find her?

Joana can be found in the Courtyard of the Gommorah. She wears the "Sexy Sleepwear" (red lingerie). When you enter the Courtyard for the first time, walk straight forwards and she'll initiate a conversation with you.
