I Can't Figure Out How to Get Media To My Palm?

Okay, I have the Palm Desktop thing and I can't figure out why I only can use the Date, Address, Memo, and Install features. I can't get ahold of the Media part for anything. I can't on my dad's cpu user account, but not mine. My dad is getting p'od at me because I keep using his account, even though I am not saving pictures to his files.
So, how do I get that feature onto mine?
I just tried to use Help, but it didn't mention anything about Media, AT ALL.
