I cant download flash player 10!!!!?

when ever i go to http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ i click on agree and install, but it NEVER installs..it just refreshes the page or something What to do?
I did everytnig you guys said and its not working ( i couldnt find the installer ANY where in my files)

That's strange. Maybe the pop-up blocked. Unlock the pop-up.
