I cant download flash....HELP!?

so i have tried everything. you need the new flash to watch videos and play games and stuff. so i tried to download it and it says its complete but the final completion window htingy doesnt come up so i tried to reboot my comp and do it then i tried uninstalling my old flash stuff everything they tell me to do and its not working!! AHHHH HELP

I'm presuming that you mean Flash Player and not the full Flash package. If that's correct, you can uninstall your current version by using Adobe's own uninstaller programme, and then install the latest version.
