I cant download adobe flash player?

I can't download the latest version of adobe flash player so i can't watch videos on youtube or do stuff other websites that require the player. I just got my computer fixed and its very fast but i cant do anything on it because it wont let me download it. the other older flash players are not offered i think. please help. thanks
