My pc cannot delete files normally like by pressing delete. It gives out a message that the file cannot be deleted or something like that. But when I try to permanently delete a file or a folder (shift + delete), the deletion works. But then another problem comes out. My recycle bin seems to be not working properly too. Everytime I empty it, the "empty recycle bin" is still there. When I get inside the recycle bin, it is actually empty. The icon is also the one as if it has contents in it. I think that both problems are related.
So that was my two problems.
1. I can't delete files.
2. and the recycle bin problem.
By the way, please give me manual instructions only like registry editing or something like that. I really don't like downloading stuffs to repair.
I already tried deleting files using DOS and it also works but the said problem above is still there.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
