I can't dance fast enough...help?

i'm doing "lucifer" by shinee for the talent show with some of my friends. and the tryouts are on march 2nd. only, i have only learned the first part of the dance. everything else is too fast and confusing. do you have any tips on how to learn it, memorize it, and do it quickly enough? i have already watched all the tutorials on youtube and that has worked okay. i can probably keep doing that but i am having trouble moving quickly o.o
