Sometimes I repeat words over and over again. It usually has nothing to do with anything. The words are usually one syllable, and I say them about four times before I realize what I'm doing. Sometimes I don't even realize I'm doing it. It almost feels like I can't control it.
Like I'll say something like, "simple simple simple simple" really fast.
I usually repeat words when I'm alone but it occasionally happens around other people.
It also usually happens when I'm thinking about about a bad past experience.
I know that I have mild anxiety. Does this have anything to do with that? Or is this some sort of ocd?
