I can't connect to Playstation Store from my PSP?

Please help. I updated my PSP to 5.00 version the newest and it had Playstation Store and all that. But today i cant connect to Playstation Store from my PSP and it says that a system software update is required. Then i go to update my PSP and it says that i already have the newest update. What should i do please help
 
completely restart ur psp and if it still doesn't work, downgrade it and then upgrade it again, if u don't know how, check it on youtube because u can downgrade it then upgrade it again. plus u need to be in a wi-fi connection place or the place has to have internet connection
 
dude i don't even try to get on there with my psp, it never lets me on, it always says username/password incorrect when it's not.
