I have recently purchased a $25.00 iTunes card, for my account has $30.00 due to the account, I accidentally did not use the $25.00 to cover some of the $30.00, so not beside my account email it says my account has $25.00 but when I buy something or get something that's free, it reads "There is a billing problem with a previous purchase." Please help, how can I get that $25 to pay some of my overdue or buy stuff with it?
