My husband and I want to get a divorce. We have 3 young children together. My husband has a good friend that is a lawyer and he is willing to let my husband make payments for the divorce. I am currently in college and up to this point have been a stay at home mom, so I have no money to hire a lawyer. My husbands lawyer has stated that the fees he charges are not just for him, that he plays golf with most of the judges in our county and a lot of his fees go to them. Obviously the guy pays them off. What can I do if I can't afford a lawyer? Im only worried about the child support because my husband doesn't want custody just visitations.
