I cannot understand my car stereo pre outs?

I have a Sony CDX R 3410 S, at the back it has Front audio and rear audio out RCA jacks, yesterday I have bought a SONY 6042 4 channel amplifier. I have a pair of 4" Speakers in the front, a pair of 6X 9 at rear and a JBL 500Watt Bass tube. Guide me how to use these preouts and connect to the AMP to run 6X9s and the Bass tube, will I be able to use my 4" also with Head unit.
