I cannot see picures on computer from Bluetooth transfer . . . please help . . .

Thankyou? I have transferred some photos from my Samsung Toko onto my laptop into their folders in the picture folder. HOwever, when I try to retrieve them by inserting them into a document the folder is empty, and when I look in the folder the title of the picture is there but no picture, just an empty box. When I open the empty box they open in the corel paint shop programme. Can anybody help please. Thankyou so much
