I don't remember if it's a tv or a movie. But the wife dies and he has three wishes to get her back, he wishes for the past to save his wife. At the end a neighbor knocks on the door telling the wife to catch the dog because the dog got loose, she gets hit by a car. The husband wishes to do it over. The husband begs her not to go get the dog and follows her out the door and then she became not killed. I think it was a Christmas movie... I'm not sure. That's all I remember. Thanks, please help, it's driving me nuts!!
