I cant view my new messages from my sms folder and the new messge folder. when i click menue button to view the new message nothing happends. i use my carrier blackberry email as my primary email so im unable to view my new email messages. The menue botton doesnt work ONLY for new messages, but its fully functioning with everything else. HELP?!
