I cannot access my verizon voice mail?

Well I've tried everything.I tried dialing *86, dialing 1, calling my phone number, and 1-800 verizon. Every single one of those numbers take me to "Verizon national payment center" Which is weird because this hasn't happened before.I honestly don't know what else to do. PS: I have an Verizon prepaid phone.
