but really the mother of all multiplayer "ardace" games was battletech at virtual world.

I went to an adult arcade (served alchohol) about nine months ago and they had some fun ones. But I agree, most of them were just stand up Tekken machines. They had a neat Ferrari F355i simulator though, it was hard as hell. ((Mostly because the flappy paddle shifters were loose))
