i can not install windows mobile msn on my contract handset 3?

my network 3 entittles me to use the service completely free. i tried installing mobile msn on my contract phone which i am entitled to but it would give me an error when i go planet 3. The error is asking for certificates which are not installed on the sim or phone???

HANDSET= 6500 slide
network: 3
problem: cant install mob msn from services due to error.
